By accessing or using the ProfitWalk.io website and mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm ProfitWalk.io or users of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Platform, the server on which the Platform is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Platform.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Platform for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Platform.

5. Rewards and Tokens

By participating in the activities on the Platform, you may earn PROWALK tokens and other rewards. The availability, distribution, and use of PROWALK tokens are subject to change at our discretion. We do not guarantee any particular value or outcome from the tokens or rewards earned on the Platform.

6. NFT Ownership

The Platform allows you to collect, trade, and customize NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) called CATthletes. You acknowledge that ownership of NFTs carries no rights other than those expressly provided by the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the NFTs for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by ProfitWalk.io, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
